Applicant describes plans to add a 28 ft by 28 ft. addition for a master
bedroom with full bathroom and walk-in closet, 2 bedrooms with walk-in closets,
full bathroom, a linen closet, corridor and half bath. This addition will be on the left side of the
existing house. The applicant plans to
re-design the existing house with a family room, kitchen, living room and dining
room. The garage on the right side will
be enlarged with a new foundation.
The
proposed addition will not have a basement.
The
house will remain a 3 bedroom with 2 ½ bath room ranch style home.
The
existing living space is 1,120 sq. ft and the proposed living space is 784 sq.
ft.. An increase of 70 %.
A
Sharon resident, 26 Laurel Rd. had no objection to the proposed addition.
